The deadline to submit proposals for workshops for the 2008 MASCA Conference has been extended to February 19, 2008. If you or someone you know can provide training on an interesting and relevant topic in the Criminal Justice field, please consider submitting a proposal.

Hotel has made arrangements with several hotels nearby to take "overflow" hotel registrations at the
onference rate when we sell out our room block. Why wait and be in a hotel with just a bunch of
tourists, when you can book now and be sure you stay with your friends and colleagues from MASCA?
There are plenty of rooms available at present, but they are sure to go fast. Poolside Cabanas are
50% rented already! Don't find yourself a block or two away from the conference action.

If you have ever vacationed in Ocean City, Maryland, in June or another summer month, then you know that hotel rooms there can be rather pricey. MASCA is pleased to announce these "Conference Special" daily room rates at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel:
- Double/Double - $145.00
- Executive King - $165.00
- Studio King - $175.00
- Cabana - $195.00
- One Bedroom Condo - $195.00
- Two Bedroom Condo - $275.00
- Three Bedroom Condo - $345.00
Rates are for single or double occupancy and do not include tax. Children under 18 stay free in parent's room using existing bedding. These room rates will also apply two days before and two days after the conference dates. All rooms subject to availability. Please reserve early.
