Plenary address by distinguished speaker, Arthur Wallenstein Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation (Maryland)

There will be morning workshops that are resource oriented regarding reentry. Lunch will be on your own at one of the wonderful local restaurants. After lunch, there will be a panel presentation of Reentry programming from different jurisdictions. Following a break, there will be more workshops to address best practices in reentry of offenders.
