Scholarships
MASCA presents annual scholarships in memory of those members who dedicated their lives to the improvement of the justice system and consistently advocated the need for the exchange of ideas for growth and change among member’s states.
The 2009 MASCA Scholarships have been awarded to Caroline Silva.
2009 Scholarship Winner: Caroline Silva
Caroline Silva is from Kearny, NJ. She is a criminal justice major at Monmouth University and begins her senior year in September 2009. She will be interning with the Intensive Supervision Program during 2009 and hopes to work in a probation and parole agency or with ICE upon graduation.
